About

Are you a neurodivergent adult, struggling with feelings of shame, sadness, worry or overwhelm?
Have you been trying hard to just get on with things, but everything feels stuck?
I can offer a space for us to slow things down together, a space where you can feel your feelings in your own way, and begin to find ways to manage when those feelings become too much.

Are you the parent of a neurodivergent child, perhaps feeling overwhelmed by trying to ger your child help, get the right support, and manage their emotions as well as your own?
I’ve supported parents in both their homes and in CAMHS settings, and I know how isolating and exhausting it can be. Parents and carers are often told to "put their oxygen mask on first," but finding time and space to do this is often easier said than done. I can offer you a space where the focus is on you, your feelings, your experiences and help you build a toolkit for looking after yourself alongside your child.

Are you a carer, often feeling unseen and without space to care for yourself or voice how you're really feeling?
Maybe it's time to take a moment for yourself, to be heard, to think about your needs, and if it feels right, to begin building gentle ways to support your own wellbeing.

If you relate to any of these, please feel welcome to get in touch for a free consultation. You can ask me any questions, and we can explore how I may be able to help.
